A Journey from Science to Stillness

How personal transformation opened unexpected paths to helping others

The Journey That Changed Everything

For a over a decade, I lived in the world of facts, data, and scientific analysis. I started in environmental consulting for four years, then earned my Master's degree in Hydrology and spent years as a Research Scientist. I was comfortable in the realm of logic and measurable outcomes.

Then chronic illness changed everything.

As I navigated mold exposure and tick-borne diseases, I made a discovery that would transform not just my well-being, but my entire life's direction: my emotions were directly connected to my symptoms, and my stressful thinking was what triggered those emotions.

Through first-hand experience, I learned about the profound mind-body connection. By questioning and shifting my stressful beliefs, my symptoms became significantly less severe. This wasn't theory - this was my lived reality.

That personal transformation became my motivation to dive deeply into hypnosis, and it has shaped every aspect of how I help others today.

A Different Approach to Getting "Unstuck"

Most people know that "thoughts become beliefs and beliefs become actions," but here's what many don't realize: we each live in a perceptive world of our own making based on our life experiences and - more importantly - our interpretations of those experiences.

Rather than layering new beliefs on top of old patterns, I help clients get to the root of the problem: the stressful thoughts that have kept them stuck.

Here's the key question I explore with every client: Is it that situation making you stressed, or is it your THINKING about that situation?

We can't change the past, but we can change our limited and disempowering interpretations of the past.

The Subconscious Insight That Changes Everything

Through my work with more than 700 clients over the past decade, I've discovered something fascinating: we believe what we believe because we THINK we're getting something positive from it.

For example:

  • A client might stay stressed because their subconscious believes "if I worry enough, I can prevent bad things from happening"
  • Someone may dim their light because they believe "if I don't outshine others, they'll feel comfortable around me"
  • If your subconscious associates money as something "bad," does that not limit the success of someone who identifies as "good"?

My Training & Credentials

I completed my hypnosis certification with the National Guild of Hypnotists in 2015, and have trained with renowned experts including Brian Weiss (best-selling author of "Many Lives, Many Masters"), David Quigley of the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis, and other leading practitioners in the field. I continuously attend workshops and conferences to keep up with new discoveries and expand my knowledge.

My scientific background gives me a unique perspective - I understand the importance of evidence-based approaches while honoring the profound wisdom of the subconscious mind.

Results That Speak for Themselves

One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is witnessing transformations. Some clients experience significant shifts in just one session - so much so that they never need to return.

Travel Transformation: A man with a crippling fear of travel worked with me once. I only learned of his success months later when his wife came for her own session.

Smoking Freedom: A woman struggling with quitting her habit never needed a follow-up after our single appointment together.

The most rewarding transformation I witness? Seeing clients regain peace and joy in their life, freed from whatever stressful thinking, patterns, or beliefs had limited them.

Note: Individual results will vary.

Is It the World, or Our Internal Narration About the World?

Through relaxation, visualization, and imagination, we can access the subconscious mind and shift old limiting assumptions based on past interpretations. The result? A life of more peace, empowerment, and purpose.

There's a reason we're all "wired" the way we are - but hypnosis is a proven technique that can help the subconscious mind see things in a more expansive and empowered way.
